Returns Policy

Tea Online - Returns Policy

At Tea Blossoms we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

Please read the following information carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights and our commitments to you.

1. Tea Blossoms will accept product returns within 7 days after you have received the order. We will provide you with an exchange, refund or replacement where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • You can present your proof of purchase.
If the product is determined to be faulty, not of acceptable quality or not fit for purpose Tea Blossoms will offer a replacement, exchange or refund.


2. If you cannot present your proof of purchase Tea Blossoms reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.

3. Tea Blossoms reserves the right to evaluate the condition of returned goods prior to providing a replacement, exchange or refund. This may result in a replacement, exchange or refund being refused.

4. If you would like a return a product please make sure:

  • It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
  • It is unopened, unused and in its original condition;
  • Any labels are intact and attached.
If these requirements are not satisfied Tea Blossoms reserves the right not to offer an exchange/return/replacement.


5. Tea Blossoms will not accept the return of items under the change of mind returns policy. However products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose.
