Description

Chai is a combination of perfectly balanced infusions and spices that make it a popular blend with tea drinkers all over the world. It is based on a black tea that is mixed with cloves and star anise and cardamom with a touch of vanilla. It is perfect for those cold winter's nights, but refreshing on days that are a little hotter than usual.

The black tea in Chai is rich in antioxidants.

Tasting Notes / Brewing Tips

Chai is best brewed by placing one teaspoon of loose leaf tea into a 200ml teapot, before leaving it for three to five minutes in boiling water. Add honey to sweeten if you prefer a sweeter brew and don't forget a splash of milk. For the best effect, serve on a chilly winter's night to help warm you up from the outside in!
