Tasting Notes / Brewing Tips

Brew this tea in a teapot between 600ml and 700ml in size – use a rounder shape to get the most out of your blooming tea. Remember that a smaller capacity will mean the brew becomes stronger much more quickly, while a larger teapot will see the water cool down. We recommend around two to three top ups with hot water if using 600ml teapot to keep the brew fresh.
